Ordered 4 flavors of wings. I asked that two of the orders of the same flavor be separated and the receipt even specified they be separate but they were thrown together in the same aluminum pan. The workers were inattentive on the phone and in person and lacked the ability to comprehend an order easily when i was already speaking slowly and being specific. They over sauced wings and dumped the remaining sauce in the pan which would have been fine had they not been too lazy and cheap to separate my lemon pepper from the sauced wings so now i have lemon pepper mango habanero mix "gross" the other problem was with the cajun wings i ordered i assume they use a base sauce and a dry rub and shake together well these looked as if all they did was dump the wings in and shale the dry seasoning on top of them some wings had way too much powder while the ones at the bottom were flavorless. For the cost of these wings and the lack of basic ability to prepare them properly i don't see how the campaign for service workers to get paid $20 an hour could ever hold water. I will not do business with this location again not simply due to the food quality and the basic interactions with the staff but for how the manager responded when i called to address the issue for context i live very close to this place and the store was not busy after i picked up my order so the fact that i sat on hold for over 20 minutes because i immediately asked for the manager is crap when i finally got to the manager it was because my wife had called on her cell with her innocent voice as if applying for a job got a manager in 2 minutes after explaining the issue i was confronted with the "what do you want me do do about it attitude" to which i replied i am fine with it they are still edible but some people might get really angry and cause an uproar about this kind of thing to which my answer was the action of the manager hanging up on me.

We had placed an online order and I decided to head into the restaurant a little early to see if the order was ready to go. Not only did I feel like I inconvenienced the employee running the register but another employee, very rudely I might add, had told me that I was 10 minutes early for that order. So, I went to my car for 10 minutes, came back in and the order was still not done, big deal. My biggest and only concern was watching employees play with their phones with the same gloves they prepared MY food with, floors were disgusting, and their were no lables on the bowls that they cross contaminated with those gloves as well, gross. Read moreI went to this location Friday night at 11:07 12/06/24 and was told they was only doing online orders. Because I drive a distance I just placed my order online there at the store. The wait was 45 minutes just to get some chicken that was not freshly made, but re-dropped I work in the food industry so I can tell they re-dropped them because the outside was stringy and hard and the inside was cold. The fries wasn't even hot so those was probably sitting in a bowl. The Louisiana rub was just oil no seasoning. I was highly disappointed in the crew that worked that night.
