Taco Bell — Restaurant in Toledo

As a note: I frequent this location before closing time (4am) as I get off work in the middle of the night. Usually no problems, besides maybe a little wait because last minute people flock in, but that's understandable.

I just came here at 3:47 am. I waited as it took forever for the car full of people in front of me ordered and were served, painfully slow. When I pull up to the speaker it's 3:58 and nobody responds until about 4:02 when I'm told "Sorry we're currently closed". I ask "since what time?"....he says "4".....I reply "Okay well I've already been in line for almost 20 mins"....but receive no further response.

So I pull up to the car in front of me who's just recieved their food at 4:02....and they're sitting there after they've already been served. The staff turns the lights out to legitimately indicate they're closes. The car in front of me honks there horn but nobody acknowledges them. I yell out to them "What's going on?!?" and they tell me a bunch of their order is incorrect. By now I know I'm not getting served and I'm pissed because my car is physically trapped because these guys are still in front of me waiting to get their order fixes and other cars who have been waiting as long as me are still behind me.....and all I want to do is leave and I can't. Eventually the guy's in front of me give up and pull away, finally allowing me to get out, sans any food, 25 mins later.

I know I won't get a response here and that's fine because I dont need the situation rectified...I just won't return. You guys just need to get your end of the night operations in order. Maybe have more staff on duty because many manufacturing workers nearby get off work in the middle of the night and come here. Me not only being denied service after I was there plenty early before closing time....but being incapable of driving off is unacceptable though. I hope...

(Note: This event took place early morning Wednesday at approximately 12:30AM. I’ve been in Toledo for work for a few days and I work very late so when I get home, the only thing that’s open is this Taco Bell and it’s right by my hotel. This evening I walked over there and found out their dining room was closed despite it saying it was open online. The young lady told me it was closed and I told her I’m so sorry all I have is my work truck and then she let me in. I thought how nice of her Then I get home with the food and they had poured so much hot sauce on it that I am probably calling off of work for the next couple of days. This is ridiculous. All she would’ve had to do is tell me she’s not letting me in. I would’ve went and got my truck. I didn’t deserve to be poisoned. I thanked her a million times. I had no idea that me coming into that dining room would offend them so badly that they tried to harm me by putting something in my food. I ripped it open and took a picture. They even put it in the sauce that came with it. Was I supposed to tip or something g and I did t...

My wife brought me lunch from this location all the items that I received were basically empty so I drove up there 6/16 5:30pm. I stood there forever I watched workers just walking by not acknowledging anyone so I left. I then returned and the same customers were still there being ignored. Finally I asked to speak to a manager. Some lazy Peter griffin looking guy comes over and tells me I'm at the wrong location my wife ordered from a different one, so again I left. I read over the receipt and noticed my wife gave me the wrong one it was from dairy queen but the label from my online order was still on the bag so I returned and the guy had the nerve to offer me a free taco. It wasn't about the food why are we preparing food with nothing inside of it just a joke.

My wife stated when she picked the order up the girls working g were to worried about getting a dudes number to acknowledge her.. one girl popped in her ear buds...
