We are loyal customers and drive 15 minutes to come here for the capp blast. Usually there are never any issues, and the service is decent. However, this time was genuinely one of the most frustrating experiences. When we were handed our beverage it was clearly the wrong color - supposed to be a coffee tan color, this one was white. I try it regardless and it did not taste right, it tasted like pure vanilla. We have them remake it, they hand it again to us and it is the same white color, we give it a chance and we both try it…now it tastes like Jamocha, not the normal cappuccino flavor at all. We have them remake it again, and they said they have to charge us because they remade it already, even though we didn’t keep the previous 2 because they were gross. I have been getting capp blasts since I was 14, so I am pretty sure I know what it is supposed to taste like. After my husband paid it, I called the “supervisor” to express my frustration and she immediately had a defensive tone, talked over me and could care less about my issue. She tried to tell me that it was made correctly and that it’s not their fault it tasted weird and she can’t do refunds. Read moreYes we had a terrible experience at Baskin-Robbins we have been there several times before but these people serve people InTouch all this money and then wants to give us our ice cream and because we ask this young lady to change her gloves she got it had an attitude and gave us only one scoop of ice cream for $4 that was very very rude $3.58 I believe it was. We told them they didn’t mention nuts so they remade it AND made me pay for the first one that she couldn’t eat, which I didn’t have a problem with since they were remaking it. But once remade they told me I could only get the new one if I paid for it aswell. We told them how they didn’t mention the nuts and they argued with us saying we couldn’t get the new one although I paid almost $9 for the first one.
