My Mom in law passed away and Jack's really took care of my husband and Eldest son. We went to Men's Warehouse first and wasn't greeted at all nor treated appropriately. From the moment my husband walked into Jack's Men's shop he felt welcomed and taken care of. They acknowledged his sensitive needs, gave condolences and discounts on everything we purchased. They even made alterations and had the suits ready in time for the wake and funeral services. I like the selection at Jack's. Let me tell something about jacks one time I needed a suit for my son which was 10 years old at the time so we could match me for my in-laws weddings in Wisconsin. This man went over and beyond to hook us up, he told me to be back in 5 days and he would have something. He not only had something he had more then one suit that he personally had delivered to his store for us and did we looking tight. People couldn’t say enough how sharp we looked, when a merchant does that for you, you think i would go anywhere else. [Hell no]. Like most of us sharp dressing old timers I’ve been going to jacks since they was downtown on Jackson and summit. All i can say about jacks is History of Toledo. And i cant thank my partner Todd for everything you’ve done for me and my three sons and now you have my grand sons there. Like i said history...
