Express — Local services in Toms River

I visited this Express location on black Friday weekend to take advantage of their 50% off the entire store sale after losing a considerable amount of weight and simply not having any clothes I could function in. I have never shopped at an Express before, and my expectations for a fast fashion store in a mall were very low, but they were also blown out of the water!!

This store is kept pristinely clean, everything was folded or hung in size order, and very well stocked. Having never been here before and also not knowing exactly what would fit my new body, I had some questions along the way and Natalie was quick, polite, and very knowledgeable to answer. Nazyia at the register made the checkout process quick and seamless and even bagged my neatly folded new clothes. Many other retailers in general have slacked on this, what was, a common courtesy prior to the plastic ban.

It has been a little bit now with my new jeans and tees and I can confidently state I am also taken aback by the quality as well!! I don't even need to wear a bra with my long-sleeved crew necks, the jeans fit like I have never had denim fit before (when slim or heavier). Might just have to come back for the post-holiday...

Purchased an order online two pairs of pants $98 buy one get one half price for my son. They were delivered realize they were a button up no Zipper called. They said I could take him to a nearby store and return did not pay Pay attention to the return policy it’s 30 days. It was 35 days when the pants were delivered two separate packages in one bag opened up the first package and realized the pants were a button fly. My son does not like that. The second package was not open the open package. There were no tags on the pants, big deal but to the store won’t accept them. So they get delivered in a seal package with no tags on The pants now I’m stuck with them called customer service got nowhere so if you get pants in the mail with no tag, you can’t return them. Don’t order anything online and pay attention to the return policy, but I will not be shopping there anymore and I canceled my credit card, just have to...

Great fitting clothing. I'm a tall fella and slim so not so many sites have the right fit for me. But with their slim fitting design here express seems to have captured my correct size. They have great quality clothes and blazers as well. I'm just a bit sad that they carry shirts for tall people but no pants. Well at least they have nice boxer briefs cause it seems like that's what they think I'll be wearing...
