I'll be honest, when you see a business get a 4.9 rating from 74 reviews, you start to wonder if these reviews are legit. So I took a chance and visited Ocean County Appliances 4 Less located in the Pavillion Shopping Center behind Ocean First Bank on Brick Blvd. I wasn't in the door five minutes looking around when Georgina, the sales associate, approached me. Right off the bat you can tell this woman knows her stuff. I don't want to go to a Big Box Store and have someone "yes" me to death. I want someone (like Georgina) who can say, "Is that model going to be right for you, if the icemaker is taking up most of the freezer?" I need someone who will not only tell me the "pros" of the refrigerator I want to buy but also warn me about the "cons". I want a salesperson who actually knows about the item they are selling and sincerely wants to make the perfect match between the customer and the appliance. It wasn't long before I realized I'd found that, and YES the reviews ARE legit. I cannot begin to thank Georgina for all the time she spent helping me find the perfect refrigerator for my family's needs. Mr and Miss Appliance 4 less are amazing, the store has a huge inventory of any kind of appliance you can think of , the best thing about shopping here was the one on one customer service , Ivan's wife was the key to our sale she knows all the appliances in and out no matter what the situation or we're you need to place them In your home, the couple running this small business really care about each customer from the smallest detail to the big ones and from showroom to home delivery. they were with us every step of the way. I actually feel like I don't want to go anywhere else for all my appliances needs. I will be recommending all of my friends and family to them in the future. If I could give Ocean County Appliances 4 Less 10 stars I would! I shopped around when my refrigerator broke and compared all the big box stores and this store. They excelled in pricing and customer service. The first trip there, I went with my daughter and the owner, Ivan explained everything they had in stock that met my requests. I returned with my husband and Ivan's wife Georgina also took the time to be very helpful and thorough in our search. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful throughout the process. Their communication the day before delivery and day of delivery was exceptional. They truly valued us as a customer and we will definitely return next time we need an appliance.
