I love this store I have visited this store many times I’ve had a lot of good staff helping me and my mother out but there is just one employee that I feel has a grudge on me and my mother it all started when the perfume isle had stuff locked up me and my mom wanted a designer perfume so we did what a normal person would do I asked an employee once we asked the employee walked up to her co worker and started whispering something and laughing looking straight at me and my mom laughing at us my mom did Not know what to do mind u this employee stood there for 10 minutes before coming and saying she did not have the key me and my mom walked out the store and left. Another one was when me and my mom was at the locked goods. Perfumes,sunglasses,hair stuff I pressed the button for assistance the employee we saw named Vicki the one I was talking about before this has came with one other very kind employee me and my mom stood there waiting to look at sunglasses and once Vicki saw me and my mom she walked off laughing looking at me and my mom I was very confused making me think she was making fun of me and my mom I did not do anything towards Vicki and I do not why she did that I will change the Marshalls I used to shop at now I will be shopping at brick I am very disappointed and...
Read moreThis used to be my favorite Marshalls in both Monmouth and Ocean county. Not sure who put that teen at the door to greet people but he doesn’t greet, he shouts and screams at you. The first time it happened i jumped as I didn’t expect to be yelled at, I didn’t say anything as I thought he might be special needs but the more I visited the more I noticed he wasn’t. While on line to pay, several other customers including myself chatted about him. We all agreed that his “greetings” were extremely off putting. One lady said it felt like he was being sarcastic. Another gentleman said it just didn’t feel genuine. I won’t be returning to this location for a while....or possibly never again. Get this kid...
Read moreI normally am not one to post reviews or be not satisfied but after leaving this Marshall’s I will never return again you need to teach you’re sales associates manners and how to not be rude the lady at the dressing room made me not only feel embrassed but was so rude I would be ashamed to have someone like that work for my company she had no manners said awful things and was the least polite person I have ever met this Marshall’s deserves a 0000 stars unfortunately you lost a customer and I will make sure to let others know not to bring there business here maybe if you clean up you’re store organized it and taught you’re workers customer service skills I would reconsider...
