Seacourt Pavilion — Local services in Toms River

Very nice, well-maintained, only problem is that it is outdoors. Nice to walk around, also has a very nice Lake nearby. If you like to hike you can park in the far parking lot off to the east of the movie theater and hike down there beautiful scenery also people go off-roading ride their dirt bikes / mountain bikes over there pretty awesome spot to bring the kids to go fishing and hang out. The Pavilion has a wonderful place to eat called The Artisan which is a stone's throw away I don't know if it's part of the Pavilion or not but it is the same...

It just doesn't make sense from a design standpoint. An outdoor shopping center designed in "Outlets" style, right nx2 the Ocean County Mall? Built in 1988-89, this acquisition has always struggled to rent all units & flourish. The storefront portions don't connect to the front or back unless U drive your car around the opposite side & park. Marshalls & HomeGoods are great anchor stores. Other than that, it's dysfunctional as a pleasurable...

Marshalls is ok.. This is an example of demographic. The women's shoe section is better than others. I will always emphasize that men should not shop in women's stores looking for men's shoes. Department stores are designed for females. Male shoppers will find better merch in sporting goods stores. With that said... im convinced Marshall's finds men's sneakers from donation...
