On Saturday March 15th I went into your location on Rt37 Toms River by the Crystal Diner. I walked in and was greeted by a gentleman Tom. He was very friendly, asked what I was looking for I explained I was moving to Maryland Sunday. I was in need of a mattress box spring and frame in a full size.Tom then said there's a bedMatch device upfront you lay on the bed and it helps find the right mattress for you. I answered a few questions and laid on the bed and after a few minutes it was able to tell Tom what areas I needed the most support. This is fantastic I've never heard of this before. I went with Tom to three different beds and found the one most comfortable.Tom was so knowledgable professional and friendly a great asset to Mattress Warehouse! We went back to his desk where he explained the process and how he wanted me to be 100% happy with my purchase, gave me all the guidelines to completing my purchase.Tom explained the life time warranty and I needed mattress protector, which I said yes please include in the pricing.I was 100% happy with my purchase and to my amazement Mattress Warehouse's factory is located in Maryland.To my surprise I was able to get the mattress delivered on Wednesday March 20th.I had a 10:30-1:30 window, they texted 10:09 they were 2 minutes away!. The men came assembled the bed and were gone in under 10 minutes. I am a true fan of Mattress Warehouse and it all started with Tom, going above any sales person I have had in years. I have and will continue to pass on my experience with Mattress Warehouse and give them 5 star rating....

Tom was great to work with came in wanting to try a specific bed and he let me try and it and then suggested a diagnostic to make sure I’m getting the right bed for me. And even after that didn’t steer me away from the mattress I wanted originally. Ended up trialing some other mattresses and he recommended me other options that are more affordable. We got some other things too and he did what he could to keep the cost as low as possible

Wanted to take the time to add to my initial review. Went back in today to finalize delivery for my order although a mishap occurred on the end of the mattress company that delays the delivery, Tom was fully transparent about our options but didn’t steer us into a direction to spend more than we needed to. He also assisted in adding 2 more pillows that provided more support as I am recovering from brain surgery, and he did everything he could to keep cost as low as possible as speciality pillows can be pricey. My mom plans to work again with Tom when she is in the market for a new mattress in the near future. Do not hesitate to ask or work with Tom he makes the entire process seamless and...

Extraordinarily poor experience here. If you're thinking, "I should support my local brick + mortar stores. Also, it's tough to buy a mattress online. So I'm going to Mattress Warehouse", then my friend - JUST GO ANYWHERE ELSE. There are so many details to this awful experience and I know nobody really wants to know every one of them, but essentially it came down to a new sales man making promises to me, (HI, I'm the customer) that the company wouldn't keep. "Oooops, our bad - but he was new here and didn't know what he was talking about" Uh, I'm also new here, because I'm the customer. So, four in-store visits, countless phone calls, one month and over a $1.5k later, I'm stuck with a mattress I don't want, and the guys at the shop, on the phone and up the chain offering MANY apologies - which are actually not all that helpful for sleeping. It would have been an easy fix for them - I'm reasonable, and ready to be adaptable. They refused to make it right, but offered to do me the favor of selling me another mattress.
