Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Toms River

My girlfriend had a really bad experience at a different Victoria’s Secret earlier in the day. The girl incorrectly fitted her for a bra (I don’t know a thing about a bras, but I know enough to know she barely made an effort) and was extremely condescending and short. We went to the Victoria’s Secret in the Ocean County Mall because, surprise, the one she got didn’t fit properly, but the staff at the Ocean County Mall location could not have been any nicer. The manager greeted us and we explained the situation, she immediately told us to just bring back the other bra and set my girlfriend up with a rep named Sophia for a significantly better fitting. Again, I’m clueless with bras, but she took a lot more measurements and took the time to find out what was comfortable and made a recommendation that my girlfriend wound up loving so I can only assume she did a great job. 4/2/24 date of transaction 5:18 pm. If I can give zero stars I would! There are 3 or 4 saleslady there talking in group and not even one asked if I needed help even after they saw me struggling to find a size. They offered to help everyone else except me and my nanny who is also Asian. They give such friendly and special treatment towards other costumers except us. The old lady Jennifer who is apparently the manager is absolutely rude, when I heard her offering her help to other costumers telling them it’s buy two take one free I asked and which items are buy 2 take one she responded with “everything, the signs are everywhere”. The rest of the associates are as rude as she is. Very friendly, polite, and smiling to the rest but condescending to me and my nanny. The people who works here are racist. I will never come back...

I had an issue with a return today, August 29th, where they went above and beyond to do everything to help me. Alida and Katie did everything they could to help calling corporate, the credit card company, etc. They had no issues with going out of their way to help me find the missing money from a return. I've had Katie many times before, she is so pleasant and helpful. They both are outstanding employees and deserve to be recognized for their hardwork and dedication. I would love to work beside them that's how amazing these two women, Alida and Katie, are. I have never been in a store where they have went above and beyond to help a customer like...
