I wanted to try a few flavors and mostly meat free. They were very kind to offer a Tofu addition to their stated menu… I had the Vegetable Biryani and the Saag Paneer with tofu .. Both were delicious but the Saag was unlike anything I’ve ever had… and I’ve had lots.
