We actually got our nails done at Regal Nails in Walmart on Wanamaker Rd. in KS. The nail technician I had, IVY, is my absolute favorite. Really sweet disposition and eager to do a good job. She sprinkled sparkle powder dust on my nails for the SPARKLE that I love. Flashy She works quickly, but not too fast. I was extremely happy with the set that I got. I also got my best-friends, 7 year old's nails polished with gel. The polish stayed on her nails for close to 3 weeks. I kid you not! The two things that I would change is that they are a bit pricey. It is well worth the acrylics you come out with though And also I have called for an appointment and they really haven't been great at keeping my appointment times. I ALWAYS have to wait for other's that came before...

Fairlawn Plaza is nice but it has some empty stores on the West Strip Mall. I love to shop at Cards N Such. The owners have competent staff who greet the customers some by first name. The store is always clean. On the North side of Dillions and the other businesses, those steps are a hindrance to those of us with physical handicaps. You either have to risk the stairs or risk walking in the parking lot to get to the lowest level. Have you thought of a Ramp with a Hand Rail?

I agree with whoever wrote the above article. There should be a ramp instead of all those steps ans put a handrail up. The area in front of Dillions is always crowded with flower's, planter's. You take a risk walking through the maze or out into the parking lot. Its a safety...

I vaguely remember when this place was THE place to be! But that was back when Dillon's was the old Venture that was there! Still some great shops to pop into, a dance studio and a collectables shop that I want to say is mostly neat older toys. If you have time and the money, stop at the Japanese Steak House, Omg it is my FAV. I would avoid the V-day rush, but if your love LOVES it like I do, get there EARLY, and jump in line! You will get in, and quickly go thru the dinner course, leftovers boxed, paid and shuffled out. The steak is always a winner there, seafood is tasty and about as fresh as we can get here in KS. The bar patrons can get a little rowday at night, so stear clear of the westend if it is late and you have little...
