Today around 7:30pm, my family had ordered about 6 pizzaâs from this establishment. We got the pizzaâs for a family event, we were all very disappointed to see that ALL expect one pizza was overcooked. We went back to this establishment to discuss a solution to fix our order. A lady got the manager for us, he came over after looking at the pizzaâs, telling us he WILL NOT remake our food because its not âburntâ or âovercookedâ. Proceeded to tell one of the employees to move out of his way so he could yank a poster off the wall to compare our pizzaâs to the poster. The guy was very unprofessional towards us, and was NOT willing in any way to compromise or at least acknowledge that our food was overcooked. Not only us, but others were also in there to discuss the same issue. The ONLY solution the manager had was to refund us, as he was disrespectful towards us in all aspects of costumer service. I understand the overwhelming amount of customers, and being backed up..but in NO WAY did we deserve to be disrespected in this kind of way. As our conversation was going on, employees were laughing, saying âoh yeah, show her that, show her thatâ and walking away throwing their hands in the air as if we were a problem for them. I am very shocked with this experience; as I am an 18 year old, General Manager at a food establishment. The lack of unprofessionalism is UNREAL, and it needs fix in this establishment. I would very appreciate being able to contact corporate or corporate contact me. If there was an option for me to post this review with NO stars, I would.

   Read moreDON'T ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!! I've never seen such abhorrent customer service in one company in all my life. I ordered my pizza around 5:15pm at Little Cesar's store #12206. When I got there there were people loitering in the lobby area. I asked someone where the line ended. They claimed "..good luck! I've been waiting for hours..". One employee in a grungy hoody kept going out to smoke cigarettes. Then someone who was wearing what looked like a manager's shirt (polo), came to the counter to help the people in front of me. Then when I got to the counter he walked away; I decided to go patiently wait in my car. After seeing several people leave without their pizzas, I took that as a sign that they were behind so I left to go burn some time then came back. I had done this process a couple of times until 7:15pm when I came back in the store and watched a few other people get their pizza's and again, I approached the counter and everyone disappeared. I stood there for several minutes and no one came back. I went back to my car to call Little Cesar's customer service to ask what could be done to expedite my order and they were CLOSED! I then called my husband to make other dinner plans because it was abundantly clear, we weren't going to be getting our pizzas. Worst pizza place EVVEERRRRRR!!!!

   Read moreVery Impressed with Jason! Quick background, I have lived in Topeka since July 2020. To be honest, Topeka lacks customer service as a whole so when I have the pleasure of working with someone who possess natural customer service skills (like Jason), I really want to take the time to acknowledge them.
In the typical fashion we went in to place an order. Jason assisted us and to be honest this started out as a normal order and experience. In taking our order he worked through our options and made sure we were all set with our order. Jason shared our order would take a few minutes as they were making many orders.
While waiting we decided to visit a store close by and drove away. Wait time was about 20 minutes. When we pulled back up, not only did Jason noticed us but took the time to gather our order, and brought it to us. Not only did he get all of our order he also remembered to get our sauces. I am sure to some this may seem basic and expected.
To us however it was perfect and spot on treatment! These are skills that cant always be taught. Jason displayed a perfect understanding to customer service and executed it. This was not prompted by any request from us and it really stood out.
