However, they rarely went the extra mile to physically accompany me and assist in finding the item. It would be more helpful if the staff were more proactive in ensuring customers find what they're looking for.

Overall my experience here was nothing like I have encountered in the past. The aisles were crowded in the home decor section. The cashier that helped me did not sanatize after the previous customer. She was also rude and did not acknowledge me, she was too busy talking her co-worker as she was staring at me right in the eye. She also snatched the plastic bag where she placed what I had purchased as I had already set it closer to me since I did not want my receipt in the bag. I politely asked for the receipt as I don't like it placed in the bag but she purposely ignored my request. I was able to find something, however, it was like finding a needle in a haystack. The customer service in the fitting room needs some work, because the 1st young lady was just standing behind the counter while myself and a few other customers stood in line not knowing what we should do. However, an older lady came up to the counter and asked us how many items was I trying on. When standing in line the customers weren't adhering to the 6ft spacing and kept getting too close too many times when there were stickers clearly placed...
