It's always exciting to stumble upon great deals and unique items from both well-known and lesser-known brands. In this regard, Marshalls does not disappoint.
However, when it comes to sizes, it can be hit or miss. While they have a great variety of products, finding something that fits you perfectly can be a bit of a gamble. It's a matter of luck to find the right size, and it would be helpful if Marshalls could expand their range to cater to a wider demographic.
Another area that could use improvement is the assistance provided by the staff. When I had difficulties finding a specific item or size, the staff members were quick to point me in the general direction or suggest checking a particular shelf. However, they rarely went the extra mile to physically accompany me and assist in finding the item. It would be more helpful if the staff were more proactive in ensuring customers find what they're looking for.

The cashier that helped me did not sanatize after the previous customer. She was also rude and did not acknowledge me, she was too busy talking her co-worker as she was staring at me right in the eye. The customer service in the fitting room needs some work, because the 1st young lady was just standing behind the counter while myself and a few other customers stood in line not knowing what we should do.
