Extremely pleased with the service they provided. Car looks great. This was an insurance claim and they made the process extremely easy. The repairs took a little longer than I was initially told it would take but it was not due to Collision Center. The initial door that was ordered was not up to their standards so it was sent back for a replacement and I really appreciate that they were looking out for me. They also had to contact the insurance company to get the adjuster to come back as the amount he had approved was not enough to cover the amount of damage that was uncovered when they started working on it. I was kept in the loop but didn't have to do anything. They took care of all of it. Again, they were looking out for me and I appreciate it. It's not every day you wind up teary-eyed after reading reviews for a body shop! I was so moved by all I read that I immediately called Collision Center to inquire about bringing my CR-V in for an estimate. From that first call, Bob, the owner, was helpful, kind, honest and compassionate. I so valued his guidance regarding whether to put money into repairing a high-mileage, 11-year-old car and his willingness to work with us on a price that made sense. And the work! Unbelievable. I felt like I was picking up a new car when I saw how expertly it had been repaired, painted and washed (even on the coldest day of winter). Bob and his team not only know their craft, they are passionate about the work they do and caring toward their customers. It's heart-warming to know businesses like this still exist. I HOPE I don't need car body repairs any time again soon, but... if I do... there is nowhere...

I can't say enough about Bill, Bob and the crew over at Collision Center. I have used them on three different occasions over the past few years, and the work was amazing.

I always received more than I was promised on every job.

Bill knew how I felt about my vehicles, and on every occasion he always gave me more than I paid for, and if he felt the job wasn't going as planned or it wasn't going to satisfy my goal he would stop, call me, and go over other options to achieve these goals.

I was never nickel and dimed on any of these jobs, and at times I expected a bigger bill, because other things had to be added, and additional time was spent on the changes to achieve my goals.

If you ask me these guys are the best kept secret in town.
