This food was horrible. I ordered the chicken & broccoli with an order of pan fried dumplings. The chicken & broccoli had 0 flavor , it was so bland. The chicken was super gummy & the broccoli was very hard. The fried rice had little to no pork or vegetables in it. The dumplings were soggy & the meat filling was 100% sausage. I did NOT like it at all. I was expecting so much more from this restaurant. They did not fulfill my expectations. It’s very hard to screw up Chicken & broccoli & dumplings ..... but somehow they managed to do it. It was $20 for the most bland food ever. They did give me an egg roll & that was fairly good. I’ve had some issues with this restaurant in the past, like a few years ago, but yesterday I ordered delivery with them through their app, which they didn’t have at the time, and everything was great. Communication was an issue before, pickup was really awkward and unprofessional and the wait was super long, things were missing from my order, etc. Years later with delivery, everything went smoothly and the food was great, nothing was missing and it arrived when it said it would. It was a bit greasy and fatty compared to other places, but that’s sort of expected from take out and it was flavorful. Generous portions. Followed delivery instructions. Orders take a minimum of an hour every time I have used this location. You will be ignored when you go inside to pick up your order. They prioritize doordash orders and will skip any other orders. They were also unable to find my order i had placed online after waiting and being ignored. Once someone finally spoke to us it was clear they never started the order and started it at that moment. This was absolutely the worst experience I've had when trying to pick up an order I paid for. It is unfortunate that a location with great food is so horrible to buy from.
