At the age of 78, I am not very computer savvy. My choice of equipment is an abacus, so when my computer got hacked, I was at a loss as to what needed to be done. I went to my bank and changed all of my accounts, but was told that my computer needed a complete cleanup before I could do any online banking. That's when I contacted Computer Obsession. After explaining my issue, I gained a lot of confidence when I was told that this was something that they were very familiar and quoted me a price that I considered to be reasonable. When I arrived ay Computer Obsessions I was told when it would be ready form to pick it up. At the appointed time, the work was done, and I got the document that needed for the bank. I restored all of my online banking and credit card information, including my portal that I use for my work. What I couldn't do was reinstall my Microsoft office, and make my computer talk to my printer. This was done remotely by Computer obsessions. My 1 1/2 year old HP laptop was giving me all kinds of trouble and constantly locking up with the blue screen of death! Being that the unit was out of warranty HP direct was of zero help.
