At the age of 78, I am not very computer savvy. My choice of equipment is an abacus, so when my computer got hacked, I was at a loss as to what needed to be done. I went to my bank and changed all of my accounts, but was told that my computer needed a complete cleanup before I could do any online banking. That's when I contacted Computer Obsession. After explaining my issue, I gained a lot of confidence when I was told that this was something that they were very familiar and quoted me a price that I considered to be reasonable. When I arrived ay Computer Obsessions I was told when it would be ready form to pick it up. At the appointed time, the work was done, and I got the document that needed for the bank. I restored all of my online banking and credit card information, including my portal that I use for my work. What I couldn't do was reinstall my Microsoft office, and make my computer talk to my printer. This was done remotely by Computer obsessions.
