MOD ON TREND — Local services in Town and Country

My recent experience at MOD town and country was nothing short of frustrating. When I tried to return an item , the manager refused to credit it back to my card and insisted on giving me store credit and which I had no intention of using (to add I wasn’t made aware of this policy and if I was I would have walked out). To make matters worse, the prices at this store are incredibly high for such low quality items.. The employees were also incredibly pushy, constantly trying to sell me things I didn't need nor want. I won't be coming back to this location, and I recommend others think twice before dealing with this store and its unhelpful policies and aggressive sales tactics. I was in on Saturday after spending 2 hours at the mall looking for a dress for a wedding I had to attend that evening. I was tired and grumpy and discouraged. I didn’t think I’d find anything in the store, but I was desperate. I came in and the owner and workers were absolutely fabulous. They were so kind and helpful. And I spent half of what I had thought I was going to spend. I got a great dress that was unique and well made. They had so many options and came up with something that truly suited me. Before I bought 3 New Years items I asked if I could return them and they said yes even with the sale. I bring back 2 items that were not worn with tags on before New Years ended and they told me I could not return them when I had verified with the employee that they could be returned.
