I went to Janna for a touch up after 5 years of microblading with someone else who stepped away from it. The first visit she was trashing the other artists work (which I loved) and saying she would fix the shape and thickness. She told me I would need a touch up. I mentioned my work schedule and she offered me a few touch up dates. One being before I went back (11 days later). So I took it. That visit she completely botched my brows. The numbing didn’t work at all. I bled a ton and she said it’s because we did the session too early and I wasn’t healed, but she’s the one who offered the date. - One was rounded. One was flat and came to the center of my nose! - she said it was just swelling and would go down. They looked terrible and I had 2 people tell me so without prompting later that day. I was mortified and reached out because I knew this couldn’t be just swelling. She had NO sympathy and came at me passive aggressively about the time I texted her and how she “Litterally can’t do anything right now.” and said I didn’t send her “straight on” pictures. They were straight, they were just THAT off. She also told me that I “seemlingly forced her to let me have my way”l against her better judgment” to have it touched up so soon…. I was not the one that came up with that date. Nor did I force anything. She should not have offered it if she thought it was too soon. I didn’t know any different! Needless to say, you don’t blame your client for your mistakes. And she didn’t even show sympathy when I was panicked about it! I ended up having to scrub off parts of my brows with peroxide and baking soda, causing a burn - in order to get the mistake off my face. 3 hours of desperately scrubbing. She screwed up my face, and then blamed me for it. I paid $500, and got half a unibrow. If you’d like pictures, I...

Hi there! I believe I should say my piece after seeing your google review because I was a witness to your entire appointment. You forgot to mention how YOU butchered your own brows by putting fabric on top of them only hours after getting them done! (It was NOT a regular touch up) I’d think most people would know not to put any type of cloth on open wounds because wounds scab up and the cloth would rip the scab off and ultimately ruin your brows! You failed to follow aftercare and unfortunately that was your own doing. Also, never once did I hear any slander of other artists or people in general EXCEPT slander from you! I wonder how your clients would feel about you talking about them for an entire hour. And let’s also keep in mind, comments from your previous clients of mistreatment not only to them but to the horses! It’s not very nice to make false accusations, which unfortunately mine are NOT so please choose your words wisely and make better choices in your...
Read moreJanna does amazing work for a very reasonable price. She takes her time to plan the shape of your brows and makes sure that it’s right for you before she gets started. My natural brow shape was totally unflattering and they were very minimal. Janna did subtle work in my first visit, and at my 4 week touch up she was able to build on that. I couldn’t be happier with how ...
