United States Postal Service — Local services in Town of Albion

I went here to change my address from an albion address to a Rochester address. But since I was still working in Medina and used to live in albion, I did this at the albion post office after work… I was met with an employee who when I told her my new address I was moving to, she stopped what she was doing and looking at me confused and said “that’s in the ghetto”… ok? And you live in the ghetto too if we’re being honest lol albion isn’t exactly a hot spot people are rushing to. But it was very unprofessional, insulting, disrespectful and racist. Had 2 packages delivered on two separate occasions both were lost by Albion Postal. The one package from my daughter was a birthday gift. Just last week I ordered a cowboy hat guess where they delivered it?!? They jammed it in the flipping mailbox! Couldn't take the time to put it by my door!! Who jams a cowboy hat into the mailbox!?! Yes them!! They could easily see it was a hat too.!! So frustrated with these people !! The Cowboy hat is for my country western themed wedding which is now bent up and ruined. Eagle Harbor...

Iam not happy with the usps. The customer service is awful and they don't help you at all. They are refusing to deliver my mail even though it has the correct address on it. Iam not happy at all. I also shouldn't have to conform to their bs either what ever happened to the customer is always right policy. The usps gets worse every year. They should deliver the mail regardless especially when it has the correct house...
