I loved Heather the moment we started talking. I had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted, she listened and the magic began!!!! I have always loved Bassett furniture. In my home I always strived for the Cheryl Bassett look!!!! In the past I would pick up a sofa or accessory here and there…. But I didn’t feel the full emotion of the Cheryl Bassett look 👀 Until I hooked up with Ms. Heather!!!! She listened to my vision, I gave Heather five stars because she helped me to create rooms in my home with a five star look!!! She worked her expertise as a design consultant with such ease. Choosing sofas and sectionals can be very challenging, especially when It comes to the right color, texture and size of your furniture. She felt my apprehension and gave me good information that I needed to make the right choices for my rooms. Her home visit to make an accessment of my space was essential to bringing in the balance and intergrating the Cheryl look with the Bassett look I wanted!!! Over several months and more Heather helped Me to purchase many, many items to get my Cheryl Bassett look. I purchased a beautiful six cushion sectional, (which I thought would be too much for my space, but her experience knew better, it fit perfectly with wonderful balance with the rest of my pieces.) I purchased three chairs, coffee table,lamps, pillows for my new and existing furniture, wall hangings, framed pictures and more But here’s the beauty of it… Heather, listened and understood I had a budget,… “not an issue, a lot of. folks work from a budget.” She worked with me every step of the way!!!!! Every piece of furniture in my home from Bassett on Sheridan Dr., I purchased on sale!!!! Heather would keep me informed of the different holiday sales, any kind of sale. she would encourage me to have patience, cause she knew when the time was right… I would get what I wanted and I did. Heather gave me so much support on purchasing what would work in my home. I actually developed feelings of empowerment learning lots of tips on decorating, like having balance in small spaces, how to create the illusion of larger space with placement of items in your valued space, and placement of accessories on walls and shelves. Heather was ALWAYS available by text or phone if you had any concerns. She even came to my home when my sectional arrived and because I thought it was too big for my space. I was so relieved when she came to my home and ‘fixed’ the situation 😁 Thank You again Heather There is soooo much more I could say about Heather… bottom line, if you get Heather as your design consultant, you will alleviate a lot of the angst that comes with decorating your home. Heather is an amazing design consultant, friendly, great listener super knowledgeable, goes the extra mile for your benefit. And she’s funny, we laughed so much!! Yep, she gets five stars from me because my home has the Five Star look!!!! My home looks so warm , classy and cozy. The energy in my home is amazing. I LOVE my home, it truly is my sanctuary. published review 5/15/19 Save your money and don’t buy from Bassett. I ordered a custom sofa from them and was very specific of the comfort level I wanted. Visited the showroom 6 times prior to ordering. Always dealt with same sales person, and sat in same sofa. Confirmed that the comfort level in the sofa would be identical to the showroom model. Was assured it would be the same. Sofa was delivered 4 wks later and it was gorgeous to look at but hard as a rock. Not at all like the super comfy model in the showroom. I reported it to the sales clerk AND the store manager and received the runaround and was told that to put the cushions on the floor and walk on them to break them in. Who does that???!!!??? Managed to track down the district manager’s email address after the lack of response from the store level. He simply turned it over to customer service. The Customer service rep was very sweet, but in the end, after them sending a service tech out who simply turned the sofa upside down and also unzipped the cushions, could not resolve this issue for me. This was no where near the first piece of custom furniture I have purchased, but I will never EVER purchase so much as a throw pillow from Bassett furniture again. Go to ETHAN...

We are longtime - and always satisfied - Bassett shoppers! 99% of our furniture is from Bassett. We love our latest purchase - living room furniture. New area rug, chairs, sofa and pillows. From the moment we walked in, Jordan helped put us at ease! He walked us through a number of options, but never made it overwhelming. And while it seemed like we had a million questions, he answered each without bother. From the store we set up a visit at our home with Jordan. He came, took measurements, and again - made it easy. He then followed up quickly with designs, colors, materials, etc. Honestly, it was so perfect, we had very few, if any tweaks. Minimal. It was perfect and fit our style exactly. Jordan kept us posted on the progress of our pieces the last few months, and helped us arrange delivery that was convenient for us. Bassett delivery was also exceptional with a considerate and polite team showing up exactly when they said they’d be there. That’s huge! In summary, we’re once again thoroughly satisfied with our latest Bassett purchase. Can’t wait to find...
