I had a wonderful experience at this store! The bra shopping experience was completely customized.

I can’t shop at places like Victoria’s Secret because they don’t carry my size, and bra shopping is usually pretty stressful for me. At Lace and Day, they had a huge selection of sizes and styles and helped me find the perfect bra. The woman who helped me (who is one of the owners) didn’t pressure me into buying anything, and made the process stress-free. She started by asking me about/looking at my current bra, and then went and brought back bras in my size. It was all very discreet.

There’s a seamstress on staff that could adjust bras. I also saw a sign in the dressing room that said they can convert any bra into a nursing bra, which is pretty amazing.

Overall, it was a lovely experience and I intend to go back. The prices are a little higher, but that’s due to the quality...

This was the best bra experience I’ve ever had in my life. I didn’t know what to expect, but had heard many women talk about Lace and Day. I was tired of all my Layne Bryant bras not giving me the support I needed and not knowing what to wear. I made an appt online and when I got to the store I was warmly greeted by employees. My fitting was with one of the owners, Holly, and she was incredible. So nice, so friendly, so bubbly. She knows exactly what she’s doing and that’s why this store is such a success. Gone are the days of being measured by an associate and bras passed through the curtain. You get a 1:1 experience with them in the room with you. Going over what does and doesn’t work for you. Lots of styles and colors available. I never felt uncomfortable and already know I’m tossing all the bras I have that aren’t from here. If you don’t at least give this store a try,...

Absolutely love this store and the girls here! When shopping for a present for a significant other they were very insightful and kind in their recommendations. Their product knowledge and customer care is how service should aim to be. Also found my new favorite brand of men’s underwear here that has changed my comfort level!!

Was able to stop in to the brick and mortar location when I was in Buffalo this past week and it’s gorgeous! Being greeted immediately when I walked into the door and felt like there was someone available for assistance at all times and absolutely no being pushy! Seeing the relationships they have with their customers, the peaceful atmosphere, and great product collection they have. It’s evident they do everything to cater an experience and not just a run of the mill retail space.
