Best bagels in the city but unfortunately this place is extremely dysfunctional. Don't try to place a phone order because they might never answer the phone and if and when they do they put you back on hold for ten minutes. Then I came in and was chastised by the manager (male with glasses) for placing a phone order telling me what a jersey I was for putting in a phone order and that from now on I should just walk in and place my order that way instead. This was not my 1st incident with this guy.He is miserable and nasty and has no right managing anything because he sets a poor example for his employees. A real shame as their product...

And we ended up here to spend some time and basically just burn time. Ended up going to quite a few different stores everything was clean and for the most part staff properly wearing face masks and most of the stores. The parking lot has a large amount of spaces Park but there are redoing the pavement the day we were there. Should be nice once it is finished. There's a really good variety of stores in this Plaza definitely recommend stopping parking your car and either walking most of it or getting going back to your car after store and then driving to the next door that you want to go to. You can definitely burn a lot...
