Today just brought me to despair. My boyfriend proposed to me on 12/23/24. He bought a ring. It was the wrong size, they sent it to be remade. The girl who served us was nice and friendly. We came to pick up the ring on 01/04/25. They charged us for changing the size of the work. What happened next just killed me. They asked me if I would choose the box. What do you mean choose??? That is, it is not included in the cost of the ring and the work. I began to be indignant ... because it is unpleasant. The woman eventually gave me the ring and a receipt and best wishes. What kind of service is this???? When I bought earrings for my child from Swarovski, they packed me in a box, beautifully packed and put them in a bag. The earrings cost $ 120 and the service was top notch. The guy buys a ring for about $ 2,000 and the attitude is like at the market. When I was indignant, I was not asked what the customer was unhappy about, but simply two women started laughing at me. The festive mood was spoiled by the attitude of the staff and the service. My husband wanted to update my engagement ring & wedding ring… He researched what to look for when purchasing diamonds and MaryAnne at Kay’s was able to help him find exactly what we were looking for…We ended up purchasing 3 diamonds of various sizes… The clarity is great! They had us come in when the jeweler was there and we were able to choose the new ring, have it placed and sized all in the same day! If I could change anything, it would’ve been to know the cost of everything while things were taking placed… It ended up being like ‘a kid in a candy store’ type of experience…We still got all we wanted, just for more than anticipated… Overall was a good experience… Would recommend working with...

Horrible experience.purchased a 4k dollar ring,had to have it sent out to b sized,when it gets back oh the stone is cracked! We gotta send it to lali which they never done before. So they send it out now it's been a month, then they call me and tell me it's gonna be another month before we get the ring back! WOW what service, I requested my money back,this place has no customer service,nothing but excuses! Poor communication ,no answers,tried calling lali on a Saturday,what is she from mars!
