I've been coming to The Pizza Plant in Williamsville for over two decades, and they definitely deserve some love and acknowledgment! Consistency is the key here. Their menu has barely changed over the years, and that's a good thing. You always know what you're getting: quality, comfort, and great food. I especially love the "create your own pods and pizzas"-so many topping options to choose from-and "the grow your own salads"-let you customize your meal exactly how you like it. It's a fun and flexible dining experience every time. The booth seating is a major plus, spacious and comfortable, so you never feel like you're right on top of the next table. It's a great place to bring kids, too. They hand out little dough balls and coloring supplies to keep them entertained while you enjoy your meal. One quirky thing I love and sometimes hate is the wildly diverse music playlist. You might hear Bob Marley, then the Beatles, then some strange, completely obscure song that makes no sense-but somehow, it just adds to the charm and makes me laugh. The servers are always friendly and attentive, and it’s nice to see familiar faces—many of them have been there for years. There's also a nice big bar off to the side if you just want to grab a drink or eat in a quieter spot. Reasonable prices, reliable service, great for families, and always a relaxed vibe! After all these years, it’s still one of my go-to spots. Thanks, Pizza Plant!

4-13-25 add on… Can you please open up a Rochester establishment. Jesus, food is so good, and just did the sour power event!! Love the rare beers. And the Cinnabon bread pudding was so freaking good!! This is a place for Beer Gods!!! We come to Buffalo from Rochester just for their stout events. Just did the Imperial March of the Stouts, and man the stouts on tap you can’t get anywhere at else. Stars Wars and stouts?! Um yeah!! 6 different Bourbon Counties since 2019, and many others. Got an imperial stout from Sweden that was off the hook there. If you’re a Beer God make sure to be ready to drop some money cause they also have a huge list of bottles and canned beers you won’t find anywhere else. Oh, and their pizzas and desserts are insanely good. Also, do yourself a favor and get a beer club card! Oh, and their Pod City Italian ice sour and porter are insanely good!

Edited to add: was there again on 10/23 and used the takeout window a bit after 8pm. The woman working there was So Nice!!! She also gave me cutlery and was concerned if I had enough napkins and wanted to get me paper plates. I assured her the box was fine and didn’t need the plates. She really went out of her way to be kind. Also the picture with my fist is to show the size of the pod. I ordered the smaller one! Recently rediscovered this place and hate that I went without for so long! I love how customizable options are and it’s perfect for when I want to treat myself because I can get Exactly what I want. Ordered takeout both times. Once through online and the other by phone (online ordering was down) and both times my order was correct and delicious. The smaller of the pods can feed me for days and is glorious. Thank you!!!

SHORT REVIEW: CHEAP QUALITY FOOD + BAD SERVICE + ABSURD PRICING = HORRIBLE restaurant. The MOST EXPENSIVE PIZZA you will ever purchase in the state of New York but then also sacrifices quality by using below par ingredients. In addition to TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, this is also the ONLY pizza restaurant in New York that will charge you additional charges for the cheese, tomatoes, sauce and even the DOUGH which is used to make you the pizza that you already paid an initial $15.99 for. I work in the corporate park right behind Pizza Plant and (along with my family and friends) I will be sure to let my employees know of my experience at Pizza Plant so they do not become unsuspecting victims of Pizza Plant during lunch hour.

VEGANS & VEGETARIANS in the area: For good quality (NON-GMO ingredients), great tasting, very reasonable prices, and an overall good experience for a quick bite go to CHIPOTLE a 1/2 mile away for better options.

MUST READ: THIS MUST BE KNOWN TO UNSUSPECTING NEW COMERS:

$77 before tip for two pizzas and two fountain water drinks. SEE BELOW!!!!

LONG REVIEW: NOTE: I know this review is lengthy but it is a review based on fact rather than based upon a unique experience or circumstance and YOU MUST READ THIS OR YOU WILL REGRET YOUR EXPERIENCE AS I DID.

Pizza Plant is absurdly overpriced and the food quality is very well below any standards of good food quality! My finance and I enjoy exquisite dinners at restaurants including Hutchs; Remington Tavern; Tempo; San Marcos, and MANY other fine dining restaurants in the Buffalo area. I understand that Pizza Plant is an extremely casual pizza pub/restaurant, however I am sharing my past dining experiences to make light to the fact that my finance and I are accustomed to paying premium prices for premium quality food, however we are not used to paying ABOVE PREMIUM PRICES FOR BELOW PAR (POOR & CHEAP) QUALITY FOOD! Please continue to read to view my complete review below.

My first and final experience: My finance and I went to Pizza Plant on a whim because she saw a number of great reviews online for Pizza Plant and also learned that they have vegan options for her as well. After we patiently waited for twenty-minutes for a server to come to our table, we were finally greeted by a less than friendly server. We appreciated the fact that the restaurant host did come up to us and apologize for the long wait and stated that it was his fault because he forgot to notify the serving staff. We did not let this ruin our experience and quite simply, we did not think twice about the long wait and kindly told the host that it was ok and thanked him for coming over to us.... ...(MOVING ON)..The issue that warrants this HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE experience is this: our server's unpleasant attitude and stiff demeanor did not add to the experience but ultimately it was the OUTRAGEOUS PRICE FOR just TWO STUFFED PRICES (w/ fountain waters) for $77.00 before a tip that will have us NEVER returning to this restaurant PLUS we be sure to tell all our friends and family members to AVOID this restaurant/pub!!!!!!!!! We were shocked when we received the bill. The prices that Pizza Plant wants to charge for pizza is OUTRAGEOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE and you could NOT FIND these prices ($77 for 2 pizzas) at even the most prominent restaurants in Buffalo/Western New York! Quite frankly, Pizza Plant is a RIP OFF.

SEVENTY-SEVEN DOLLARS $$$ FOR TWO STUFFED PIZZAS!!!! Insane. Who does Pizza Plant think it is to charge these kinds of prices? These prices are completely unjustifiable, especially because the ingredients that they use are of low quality and cheap. (EVEN IF one went to Wegman's or Whole Foods or Trader Joe's and bought the most expensive and highest quality organic/non-gmo ingredients, these prices would still be completely irrational and absurd!).

WE THE CUSTOMERS NEED TO VOTE WITH OUR MONEY & NOT SPEND OUR MONEY HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT RESTAURANTS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUR HARD...

Not sure what's happened with Pizza Plant because my experiences have usually been great ones, but last week I went here with family and it was not the greatest. My husband ordered his favorite soup, gazpacho, and it was flavorless. He wanted to ask the waitress for hot sauce just to give it some flavor but she was no where to be found. His daughter had to get up and go find her (granted, it was the dinner hour and it was somewhat busy, but we hadn't seen her at all in the restaurant for about 10 minutes after appetizers were brought out). She brought his hot sauce a couple minutes later and apologized. Our food came, and it looked delicious as ever. I ordered the Tex-Mex bread bowl salad, with salsa and sour cream as my dressing. It wasn't until half way through that I realized that the "salsa" was actually their pizza sauce (thanks to the jalapenos on the salad those bites were spicy and I couldn't tell). It wasn't until I took a bite without a jalapeno that I realized it. Again, our server was missing, and the next time we'd see her is when she started clearing the plates. My son-in-law also stated that the bun for his burger smelled of the plastic bag that it had been stored in, but he didn't say anything until after he had eaten most of it. I decided to take my salad home, and to my surprise, the bread bowl was not cooked all the way towards the bottom (the upper edges of the bowl seemed a tad light, but were cooked well enough to eat). I'm not sure if I'd want to eat here again, though it was one of my favorite special restaurants (can't afford to eat here all the time so it's reserved for...

Me and my family used to come here a lot when i was little and i remember the food being amazing. Well we came back recently and the food was absolutely awful and so was the service. I also was not impressed at all with all the extra charges. We were charged for having the pizza half cheese half pepperoni. Which i feel is absurd. Drinks were insanely over priced and the food was super expensive for how awful it tasted, me and my bestfriend got Alfredo and the noodles were disgusting I haven’t had bad food like this in a very very long time. We will 100% not be coming back here. The service also was not the best the host and server were kinda rude they kind of seemed bothered that we were there and it was uncomfortable. It makes me sad that they took a bad turn in business because I used to love coming here as a kid but i most definitely won’t return now. It was like 100 dollars for me, my friend, and my grandpa. We each ordered one dish of food and then a small side of fries and the bill was insane. We go out to eat at a lot to nicer places than this and the food isn’t that much. What really shocked me was the prices of drinks, i have 3 jobs currently and none of them charge as high for normal drinks like this business did. It’s absurd and never would we have gone there if we knew this would be the outcome. (I also still can’t get over charging us extra just to have the pizza with half pepperoni, it literally takes half the work we should have just ordered pepperoni and peeled half off so it would have...
