If I could leave no stars I would...so my sister got married yesterday and we got our tuxedos from this place at $130 plus tax a piece...when we got them home and started to get dressed for the wedding the buttons on the shirts started falling off, the shirts started to fray and on the jackets both buttons fell off, and not to mention we could use the cuff links or anything due to the shirts fraying and falling apart...upon returning the tuxedos I spoke to the heavy set gentle man who was RUDE,NASTY and INCONSIDERATE and said buttons fall off what do you want me to do about that he also said NOT MY PROBLEM I didn’t make the products..when I asked for a partial refund he laughed and said your on you own again not my problem I will never recommend this place to anyone nor will I ever do business again due to have tuxedos fall apart during the wedding!!!!and just so people know it was the fat guy with white hair who is a total prick and said all this to my wife and I..I will be going to my bank and fight the charges and calling the better business bureau I have pictures of everything and the jerk even seen the was the tuxedos were!!!!and don’t worry I will be posting ALL over...

The definition of customer service is Mark at Marty's Formal Wear... I had completely forgotten about needing a tux for an event I had upcoming and remembered it 2 days prior and called everywhere... Mark was the only one that said "Don't worry I got you, just get here" ... it was a 40 minute ride to Marty's. Not only did he treat me like I was responsible and that I actually ordered on time, he answered every question, took his time and made sure everything was a perfect fit and then went out of his way to make sure that I could take everything with me so I didn't have to make a 2nd trip back(40 minutes) to pick it up after the fitting when every other place just said "nope, sorry".. Also the prices here are extremely reasonable especially when compared with "other" places.. However Mark's customer service is incomparable to any place else... We need more businesses with people like Mark... Going forward this will be the only place I use for my Tux/Suit rentals and with 3 daughters all at that "marrying age" I will definitely be back and will recommend Mark and Marty's Formal Wear to everyone.... thanks...

If you are looking for an excellent quality suit at a great price then Martys is for you! I have worn suits from most of the rental chains around and none of them come close to the quality of suit I received from Martys. Mark is absolutely amazing and can have you in and out in as little as five minutes with your sizing, it is evident he has been doing this quite a long time and is great at his job. I walked in with myself and my three sons and we were fitted and ready within 15 minutes, however we stayed to answer questions to make sure that everything was perfect and fitted to our needs. Their attention to detail is second to none and they are more than willing to go above and beyond for you. When it comes to renting or buying a suit or tux, there is nobody that can...
