I have found a new favorite local coffee shop. The coffee is so good, and the staff are just fantastic. My first time walking in the door, they treated my friend and me like we were regulars. They joked with us, made us laugh, and really made us feel welcome.

The first thing my eyes were drawn on the menu was SECRET MENU. Lord in heaven, what is THAT? I am one nosy Rosie and I asked for the alllll the dirty secrets. Don't tell them I told you or we could both end up on some kind of unsavory lists, but they have this sensational syrup made with brown sugar and cardamom. I have had it in both hot and iced breve lattes and loved it both ways (though I prefer it in the iced latte). The syrup is subtly sweet and doesn't make me feel like I'm cheating on my keto. (Shut up, Pam. I know it's not keto-friendly, but I'm not letting you ruin my bliss.)

Oh - speaking of keto - I was really impressed by one of the guys in there when he asked me if I was okay with him using half & half for my breve instead of the heavy whipping cream. I mean, I was adding brown sugar to it, so yeah, half & half wasn't going to ruin my day.

I have since gone back enough times that I'm super-close to earning my first reward in their program. I love that they are close to home, easy to access on Main Street, and serve up great coffee.

If you're looking for something to eat with your coffee, they do have a nice spread of some baked treats.

DO NOT GO HERE! RUDE EMPLOYEE! There is an employee, male with glasses, absolutely the worst! So rude, he watched my every move! I came in with a muffin from home and hoped to get coffee there! I was finishing up my muffin as he comes up to asking me to throw out my food! I didn’t throw it out, as a college student I don’t have the money to afford throwing out food when I really needed it that morning! I went up to get a coffee and he asked if I still had my muffin, obviously I said no fearing that I’d have nothing to eat afterwards. He said no you didn’t and watched me throw it out! It was awful! I felt so upset over this situation! Who ever that guy is should be fired!!! No one deserves that!! I should be able to freely eat my muffin and finish my assignment there without being bothered by an awful person! Thank you. Filing complaint...

Absolutely deserving of 5/5 stars. The atmosphere is warm and cozy making a great place to sit and read/relax/work. The coffee selection is also impressive and both pour overs that I had were fantastic. Service was also amazing, particularly Andrew who had a really upbeat and friendly personality and seemed to be really passionate about the coffee. Even though I don't have a baby, the folding baby changing station in the bathroom is a really nice amenity that I don't see often in smaller places like this. As far as food, the pastries offered all looked great and the scone that I had was well made.
