WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with associates named Ella A and Sarah P (that’s what their name tags read). They were not only vial to customers but other staff members as well. Sarah P spent more time with Ella A whispering back and forth and giggling clearly looking at me (being an overweight female) they said that they don’t think they carry a size that “would fit a woman of my stature at that store and there was a torrid near by. I was clearly put off by their remarks I asked to speak with a manager and Ella A replied “I’m the top one in charge here and I think you should leave immediately because you concerns aren’t mine.” (As her and Sarah p both burst out in laughter) They also were clearly bullying other employees at one point yelling at a poor girl to get in the back and do whatever it is that they wanted her to do. THIS WAS IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE STORE OF CUSTOMERS!! Pointing in her face. The poor girl(with tears in her eyes) complied. If this is the type of morals and behavior that they are selling I’m not buying!! They are clearly opposed to those not as skinny as them and fully made their opinions, body shamming and bullying, clear to me as a customer. I’d hate to see what goes on behind the scenes. Went to drop off some stuff I never really used on 6/22 at 4pm. The blonde woman with straight hair that was doing the price checks for donated clothing had an extreme attitude no matter how polite I was being to her. She was super nasty and dismissive and rushed through everything. She only accepted 2 items that were brand new, a pair of never worn Nikes priced at $120 and a never worn North Face priced at $60 and she only offered me $27 I attempted to ask a question about it and she was super nasty and dismissive. I was very scared and uncomfortable because other customers were viewing how she was talking down to me and my sister so I just took the money and left. We are very kind and in confrontational people so I am so confused on why we were treated this way. I regret not just taking the items back and declining their services. I am not sure how you can choose to work somewhere and treat customers so poorly with such a degrading attitude. I will never return here again. The anxiety and patronizing was unfathomable. While my daughter has found a few decent deals here, I second the reviews that say the times they take in clothing to buy are random and you never get a fair price for anything. We took in a bag of clothes this past Sunday at 4pm. We checked ahead of time they were taking in items and their Facebook page said yes. We get there and they said "they have reached their quota for the day" so we will have to pick it up on Sunday. We had plans Sunday and could not come back then so they said to come in on Monday. I arranged my day and drove 40 minutes to get there Monday at 2pm only to see a paper sign on the door that they are closed for staff training. Unreal. They have no respect for customer's time at all. I can't wait until I go back to pick up the full bag of nice, clean, designer clothes and walk away with $2. Never again. I am going to stick with selling on ebay and donating to Goodwill. Ridiculous business model and no respect for customers at all. No bathroom there either which is MADNESS if you would like someone to stay for...
