I have never ever been in a business that treats it's consignors and customers with such disdain, disregard and disrespect ... I witnessed a person get so emotionally and verbally abused by the staff ( one in particular) because she had missed a couple of appointments. I overheard the staff member yelling at her and dressing her down in front of all of the other customers and staff bringing her to tears, it was horrific and the humiliation for this woman was unkind and downright wrong in every human sense. The staff, no matter how successful they are I feel have no right to treat anyone with such anger, hostility and vitriol , I for one will not be looking to to ever patronize this...

This is my favorite second-hand boutique I’ve ever found, and I’ve lived everywhere from NYC to Chicago to Palm Beach. When I’m not in Buffalo, I think about this store. When I fly in town. I literally stop here before and after the airport. There’s just something about the ladies that curate the clothing for this store that really does it.
