Village Square — Local services in Town of Amherst

Hello, my name is Kathy GERMANN I had an application in there a little over two years ago and my number was 38. Diane was manager at the time every time I called. She was very sweet and kind then when I went in there and asked her about my number she goes oh no you’re not number 38 you’re number 97 so I said how could it be? I’ve been on the list for two years so then she said well we’ll have to put you back on and I was like l like number 99 so then I call back oh maybe before she retired and she said my number was 68 then she was gone and she was training other women so I forgot the other ladies name maybe her name was Lisa she told me to call back in two weeks. This was three or four months three months ago. I’ve tried calling and calling. Nobody will answer the phone. I just want to know what my number is I’m entitled to that so I’d like to know. How would I go about finding what my number is if nobody answers the phone is there anyone else who...

Village Square Apartments is the nicest apartments. The staff: manager, managerial assistant, maintenance supervisor and maintenance employee all go out of their way to make you happy and safe.

Yesterday, December 21, 2021, Village Square Apartments catered a Christmas luncheon for all of us. The food was delicious, the catering, by our staff, was delightful!
