Honestly a great little place to go and get some work done. Quiet and a few spots with outlets. The coffee was truly delicious. Would suggest the pistachio latte. I was scared it was going to be too sweet but honestly it just the right amount. I only really found three minor things that I wasn't really happy with. First it was solidly 65 in there. Personally I'm a person that likes it around 70 to 72. Next time I go I will make sure I wear shoes, socks, sweatshirts, and long pants. Second, they gave me plastic forks and knives when I was eating in. This made it a little hard to cut the breaded option I got. I would have preferred metal utensils. Lastly, the bathrooms were singled stalls but still gendered. I found this weird because the bathrooms were identical. If you're going to gender them I would assume you would tailor them to genders. Like having a small trash can next to the toilet on top of the trash can next to the door in the woman's restroom. All in all they're just little inconveniences and I will definitely be...
Read moreI’ve been a loyal customer here since day one and really respect the owners and what they’ve built. In the beginning, the shop stood out because the three owners were always involved in daily operations—you’d often see them behind the counter, making sure service and drinks were on point. That attention to detail really made a difference. Lately, though, I’ve noticed a decline. The service hasn’t been as consistent, few staff members appearing a bit unprofessional at times—whether through their clothing, overall presentation, or by holding personal conversations that can be overheard by customers.I understand the owners all have full-time jobs, and I truly respect that, but even occasional check-ins or hiring a manager could really help bring back the quality and consistency that made this place special. I still believe this shop has a lot of potential and can do very well, but I also want to be honest about my recent...
Read moreWe have been here twice (take out and dine in). Had really good experience both times. The staff are happy to answer any questions you have on the menu and they have a whole case of goodies. We love the dine in experience. It is a nice place to hang out and the coffee just tastes better from a ceramic cup instead of paper cup. My favorite is the pistachio latte and honeycomb bread. We also had their hot chocolate, chai latte, various croisants and milk bars. Their hot chocolate is so much better than a lot of other places in the area. They also have the Dubai chocolate bars that are delicious. We went Christmas morning and our kid spilled her hot chocolate. Thankfully she didn’t burn herself. The staff were so kind and sweet and offered her another hot chocolate with ice. We will...
