Very clean, great work out and accommodating schedule for this busy mom. Wide range of clientele which made my experience less intimidating and quickly felt comfortable. I was nervous since I have some health issues and limited range with my knees, but the trainers there are so knowledgeable they modify work outs on the spot. Best concept of a gym I have seen in a while since it really feels more like a personal training session then a group workout. Exercises are ALWAYS different and I have not been bored yet. Was nervous I would be pressured into membership after doing the trial but it was the opposite - so inviting and welcoming and the owner focused on my experience and making the environment feel inclusive and never did the “selling” tactics you see at other gyms. Great place!

You can tell much time and thought is put into making these workouts dynamic and engaging - you won’t ever be bored or leave without a great sweat.
