Subway — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I had not been to a Subway in a long time because frankly it isn’t that good and its over priced, but I was in a rush and in the area. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch footlong sandwich on a flat bread. The woman working asked me what kind of chicken I wanted and I asked if buffalo chicken was okay. She said yes it was and then later told me while ringing it up that the sandwich no longer counted as a chicken bacon ranch off the menu and was now a create my own and charged me for the bacon… making the sandwich $16.99 instead of $13.99. It really rubbed me the wrong way and I will not be going back as they proved what I had originally thought of Subway...

I was having lunch with my little sons. I asked the older heavy woman working for 2 sandwich meals which comes with 2 drinks. She gave me 2 cups but my son grabbed a juice box from the fridge. We used only 1 cup and the juice box. We finished our lunch and left. The older indian ran out to the parking lot and came to my car basically accusing me of stealing a drink. I explained we only used the 1 one cup and the juice box she was unable explain the juice box an upcharge becuase her english is not good. By that time i was very upset and vowed to never go back. This lady was rude, accusitory and not very bright. Never again. Beware...

Got a foot long egg white and buffalo chicken sandwich this morning to last me through breakfast and lunch. The employee did not use gloves or a hair net/hat while she carelessly cut the egg white patty in half for an entire sandwich, and then spread the chicken, pathetically, over the length of the sandwich. I ended up finding a hair in one half of the sandwich, which was revolting. I have been to several other Subway locations and my experience was much better than the garbage service I received this morning. I will never step foot in this...
