I ordered two smoothies and two wraps on one of my visits, and they gave me a wrap with frozen rice, so I immediately went back inside to ask them to remake it. The girl said “im so sorry, I really apologize, but we just shut our oven down so there’s nothing at all we can do. Let me add you to our book, for what you got.” But I guess she forgot to add the 2 wraps. Anyways on my next visit, I tell them I’m in the book for the 2 smoothies& two wraps and they say you’re only in the book for 2 smoothies, and one wrap, so I asked to speak to a Manager and he said, we gotta follow the book and we’re not even suppose to have a book, we got rid of it months ago. So I asked why is it still being used if they “got rid” of it months ago, when they still use it. He said I don’t know. I explained how both the wraps had frozen rice in it and was uncooked. Read moreThey really need some help , I truly don’t blame the workers but management. They look like they are over worked and tired of being there. My wife got a three cheese chicken Quesadilla and it came out to be just cheese in a wrap , no chicken , no sauce or sour cream. Now let’s look at my chicken pesto sandwich it should just be a a pesto and cheese. I mean really 2 pieces of chicken? Ridiculous. Management pay your workers more or higher more people you guys need Jesus.
UPDATE - 06/06/2025 Almost three years later and nothing change this time my wife order a meal through the uber eats up at 8:40. The driver came and delivery ONLY the smoothie and stated that the store kitchen already closed (THE STORE CLOSES AT 10:00PM). We thought the Uber driver was lying so we called the store and they actually confirmed what the driver said was true. I would understand if we order our food at 9:30 but almost an hour and you close the kitchen at 8:40 pm....
