I’m sitting in the parking lot as I type this just blown away. Never in my life have I experienced customer service like this. I had purchased a cartridge yesterday that had a small leak. It still hit fine so I wasn’t expecting an exchange, but was curious on there recommendations so gave them a call. I was greeted by a wonderful lady named Emily who promptly got the manager ANthony. I’ve met Anthony before. It doesn’t matter who you are or what you spend, this place treats EVERY customer like royalty. He told me to come back and he would exchange. When I got there, I was immediately asked if I was the guy, again I was just blown away they cared so much about lowly me! Haha. Not only did they exchange it, Anthony also gave me a dove cart on the house!! And a sweatshirt!! I’m just totally blown away. This is now the ONLY place I will shop for this stuff. Guys, if you like happy days , this place is bigger, staff just as knowledgeable and friendly. The best part….Long Island cannabis club does dog rescues!!! So part of each sale goes to that!! They even have dogs on staff!! So as you shop , it just gives it such a happy chill vibe. Btw, the prices are better here almost across the board. Especially you rosin heads! Long Island Cannabis Club (LICC) is hands down the best dispensary on Long Island — and honestly, maybe even the entire state. This place is a hidden gem right in Deer Park, and if you’re lucky enough to live nearby, you already know what I mean. And if you don’t mind the drive, it’s absolutely worth it.

From the moment you walk in, the energy is just different — welcoming, laid back, and full of good vibes. The team here is what truly sets this place apart. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about helping you find exactly what you need.

Roland is a rockstar. Every time I stop by, he goes out of his way to make sure I’m taken care of, and I always see him helping other staff and customers like a total pro. If he’s there, ask for him — but honestly, you’re in good hands no matter what. Fat Matt, Courtney, Mike, Veronica — the whole crew is just awesome. You can feel the passion they all have for what they do.

They also carry a huge selection of high-quality flower, with strains from all over New York and beyond. Whether you’re a seasoned connoisseur or just starting out, they’ve got something for you — and they’ll help guide you through it all.
