U'd think that if someone tells them they have been stuck in Fl away from home, homelessly for 14 years entangled into their BS ways of so-called help and has come back home in order to obtain as much of their medical records as possible in order to be able to receive the maximum benefits that was continuously denied to you, such as a disability income, you'd think that they might want to just listen and get not only their motel room or closed door to be able to handle their business but also their full financial assistance that they've never ever once received so that the person can help themselves to obtain documents and records needed to receive their rightful disability incomes and compensations at that. No, instead they yell scream and shout publicly at you who knowingly wants nothing to do with unsanitary, unfit combined room shelter house that theyve tried to assign and you know hasn't worked for anyone, and you really want nothing to do with their system ways of doing unnecessary, experimental, judgmental, stereotypical, over imposing types of violating places and things. So they just allow an allotment of a weeks worth of foodstamps given on a temporary card and that's it. They offered no medical coverage benefits nor financial assistance nor legitimate enough for me housing. In Fl Foodstamps is nothing. offices weren't needed. I can go online and apply for ebt on my own, have a telephone interview and submit verification documents without them. I could even have a mailing address with no where to live. It is the medical benefits and financial assistance that ive long been intentionally, spitefully denied along with a decent accommodation that will help. In the meantime without the help that I needed the social security office government administration also has had the same nonchalant unconcerned and too uncaring to do the gov. jobs that they are supposed to do for someone such as myself so that its their attitude messing up my life. In they mind they think its about their tax paying dollars and that is what was actually shouted at me upon arrival. I pay taxes too. Have paid and will continue to even while homeless all these long fourteen years. Its not about them though. Im not pulling anything out of his pocket for say or anyone elses over there. Their salaries will remain the same. they'll still return home in their driven insured vehicles to their families where their bills are getting paid. Its about what I should've long have been entitled to as a stepping stone, if they'd just do their jobs promptly without all of the selfish childish attitudes of thinking that they are the alpha and omega and I am less important, just supposed to remain voiceless to them. Families are first and have been first and will be first. That's fine. However independent single woman in their mid thirties should not have to just bow down and die with nothing just because no ones listening to their needs for the past 14 years of being held down and deprived since the age of 22 when I had more life experiences already then any of their classes could ever teach. The only answer to being able to build on me, my life and my family would have been and is the assistance that has been in their hands to be able to give and they are failing to live up to what it is that they are supposed to do for an individual who has been patient, kind and courteous, barely outspoken on anything while knowing the type of hatred and racially motivated thoughts are behind hindering others so greatly as to be okay with such unjust acts of leaving someone so violated that they could never begin to walk in their shoes. Yet they have the power to make it continue on as people are not accommodated correctly. They can make such useless, senseless acts and occurrences happen to anyone else as well by simply just not allowing a person what they are entitled to have been able to receive. Im sure many have died on it in need, someone looked down on and talked about instead of legitimately helped. Alcohol/Drug free need...

Their ways and behaviors are absolutely disgusting and no one should have to deal with a one of them yet they give fake names and stalk and harass you threateningly from blocked numbers. (Garcia) I would not at all use any one of them for any type of service and yet they keep on involving themselves in my EBT food stamp allotment without my permission. A year ago when I arrived and asked legitimate questions on simply who is the case worker that is supposed to be working with me, and why wouldn't I be receiving the correct treatment or services, they flaunted high and mighty power of getting a police officer to make me exit the building saying "no more" I went above their heads and had my card issued while they would withdraw and deny my applications submitted online as if the week worth of food while homeless wasn't necessary for me to have without income. Now all of a sudden i'm receiving paperwork with a case managers name on it a whole year later, coldest winter ever. The games they are still playing or why is beyond me. I do not at all need them. Now that its time to recertify I submitted my online app once again and documentations as proofs of identity. In checking on its status it was stated online that I withdrew my own application the same way that last years states that I was denied although I wasn't. I most certainly did know that it was time to recertify online without DSS ever stalking, harassing bothering me in anyway. The EBT card clearly tells me the months and dates of the benefits that I am going to retrieve and I knew so that their was no reason at all for DSS whom I hadn't even given my mailing address to, to be sending me any mail, or interfering with my app, or calling my line after submitting yet another application days later, since the 1st one says that I withdrew from having had filled out the application. Seems to me the moves are slimy, conniving, devious, inconsiderate and of crooks causing me pain and suffering. They don't know how to treat anyone decently. This is a lawsuit. The one job that they should've done was to get my payments processed onto my card that they should've printed with a photo and signature panel but they did not do this at all. By now, although it took a year, I managed to make my own photo ID leading up to having all of what is needed for DMV to have my state ID and the funds for that should already have been in my account. My account with the card that should've had the photo that they took of me and a signature panel. Since people such as these are in these places, to not have consideration, heart, drive for doing right by the individual who's been denied and deprived their monies, its been 16 very homeless, not getting anywhere years because they think they are supposed to crack whips and make slaves getting free work out of people who are entitled to way more then they thieving selves are willing to give when in the...

They didn't help me or my daughters they left us out in the streets. They gave me the run around it was sad good thing I had enough $ for a motel stay for the night. They gave me an emergency number to call for shelter and they didn't help at all. I'm sick I suffer with epilepsy seizures and it was a heat wave at the time I could have died. They turned us away like animals. And when I call back in the morning they said why am I calling them shaking my head 😠 I was running for my life and all they cared about is could I stay with my abuser. It's sad when they place money over a person's well-being. if anything happens to me or my kids i hold social services responsible because I reached out to them for help and they turn us away the one on 2 South 2nd Street in deer Park they never even put me in the system that I came on that date after I sat there for 3 and 1/2 hours waiting to be seen that's what the representative told me from the emergency number that they gave to call for shelter... That never called me back for placement knowing...
