Every once and awhile you can actually say how amazing it was to deal with people. Well this is one of those times. I had called and spoke with Paul about a Stihl Chainsaw I was considering after a few minutes on the phone we agreed to 'X' and I was coming in. So I arrived and while Paul was not there yet, Joe was helping me. Joe was terrific, we spoke at length about the Stihl versus another high end Chainsaw and I knew I made the correct decision on the place I was standing in!!!! The saw became secondary. Now mind you I bought a saw from them 10 years ago which I still (stihl - lol) have and use. I just need now a more powerful longer bar saw. So what is the short story here - Shop your tools here, you will not be disappointed. I prob wasted a few hours talking to many other places before calling Paul. I accept that - Long Island Power Equip is def the best and will ONLY BE MY GO TO bar none...
