Good quality is so hard to find nowadays. I started coming here and have been satisfied the last several times after experiencing nail salons in the area going down in quality and customer service. Unfortunately Momo is part of that list now.
When I asked that the woman use the real callus scrapper (vs the one they use now that doesnāt even get off dead skin), she gave an attitude as if it was more work for her. Yeah of course, because it actually does the job Iām paying extra for š . Additionally, I asked if my massage could be split half feet and half back. The owner (assuming this as itās l the only male just standing there) said no but in an aggressive tone then made comments and gave looks in his language I canāt understand. No is fine but where the heck is the kind customer service? Especially when Iām spending close to $70. Tone might be a cultural thing but you are doing business in the USAā¦. It would be wise to adjust if you want your business to stay alive š¤·āāļø
Of course I tipped 20% because I know this is an upper management problem not the young woman working but one is expected to tip for SERVICE meanwhile service isnāt even good anymore! Tips should not be expected. They should be earned.

The young tall girl did a good job with painting my toes, however, she cut my skin, made me bleed, and didnāt even apologize. Not to mention, Iāve noticed they donāt clean supplies after each customer. Which is DISGUSTING to say the least.
If you do not pick a spa package for the pedicure they wonāt even lotion your feet or remove any dead skin. Youāre ultimately paying for a foot wash. Waste of time.
It took THREE people to complete my manicure. I kept getting passed to the next person. I only went here because it was the earliest place opening and the closest place to me. If I wasnāt so darn busy I would have gone to my regular location. Which is much cleaner and at least they sanitize the tools after EVERY customer. Even send you home with the nail file and buffer to ensure itās used one time.
Took nearly 2 hours for a botched pedicure and a three person manicure. I do NOT recommend this place. Also, they WILL make you tip. Even after experiencing such bad service.
RUN AWAY. Do not waste your time...

This time I was charged extra for a "shape change" for my nails. When she asked me if I would like the same shape, I said "yes same shape, I would just like them shorter" since they grew out from the last time I been there. When we came to the end she brought me my bill and when I asked her about the up-charge she said it was for a shape change. I take photos of all my nails and I wish I could upload them but I have never ever deviated from the shape I get, square with round edges. I only write this since this is the SECOND time this has happened to me.
