Copiague Bagel & Deli — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

When I first started ordering 3 days ago I get my food delivered because I'm here on vacation to see family, the woman on the phone was nice but was more worried about finishing her conversation then take an order , the home fries are bland and the bagels are not what they use to be I use to go here as a kid they had the best bagels I don't know what changed in the past 8 years but it's not good my soda was warm ,and the most recent Time I tried ordering a young kid gets an attitude with me because I wasn't aware of the 15 dollar minimum they should have it posted on the site and your younger staff really needs to lighten up and the delivery time don't get me started 30 mins for an egg sandwich , this is the last time I will be using their delivery service and ordering from them while I visit with family in the area I'll take my business elsewhere to North Babylon, also I'm not gonna mention how many times I found women's hair in my home fries or my hashbrowns or in my eggs or on my cream cheese if I was the owner I would consider a complete overhaul with the staff I'm not the only one who's experienced issues with hair and their food and this is apparently been going for awhile I mean really how dose two strains of hair get in my hash browns really guys ? Fact: Greatest bagel shop in the area with amazing bacon egg and cheese sandwiches. I’ve been coming here for a few years now. The staff is always very friendly, welcoming and the store is always clean. Their menu has a great selection. They have a half a dozen bagels and dozen bagels deals. I Personally love the whole wheat bagels and whole wheat everything bagels. They also have a great selection of cream cheese, including low fat. I do recommend a cream cheese bagel with crispy bacon strips, you will not regret it, it’s amazing.
