El Paso Taco — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

The girl at the front is a joke . She will try to charge you a ridiculous price for extra . I placed an order thru door dash pick . I asked for extra chicharrón when I get there . She tried to charge me $10 for extra chocaron for 3 pupusas I paid $12 thru door dash that’s $22 per pupusa . Pretty much $750 pero pupusa if you do the math so I told her he’ll no I am not gonna pay $10 . Why is it $ 10 she goes it’s $2 per pupusa I got so isn’t it $6 . She goes but the tax . I said he’ll no tax o. $6 is 54 cents she turned her back on me walked to the kitchen I said give me back my money and I am gonna cancel the door dash order . So I went to the car I am on the chat with door dash . Then I see 2 police cars rush me . She called the cops on me that lil genius . So I told the cops what she did . They laughed they said go in your way buddy . There food prices are already ridiculous. There crazy expensive . Thr food is good but not worth the price . Plus the ordered from both El Paso tacos...

I placed an order on Uber Eats in advance of two hours. When the order status kept getting pushed up beyond the time I arranged, I texted the driver and he said they didn’t have my order. I called the restaurant and a young woman said “your order was stolen I can’t do anything”.

I said I understand these things happen but I’ve been waiting 2 hours and I’d like my order, and she hung up on me. Honestly I was nothing but respectful.What I was expecting was someone to say, “please cancel the order on Uber Eats and I’ll put through a new order. You will be charged a second charge but the first charge will be refunded.” That did not happen. When I called the restaurant again from the same phone number no one picked up. My husband called from his number and the call was answered right away.

So my review is that the food is excellent but you’re taking your chances with whomever answers the phone. That person may not understand the value of retaining a...

Quality: cheap quality beef, not fresh. No flavor

Price advertised online is inaccurate to what you will be charged in person.. I get prices went up.. I don’t have a problem paying almost $6 a taco… if the taco is amazing and made with love..

One lady working.. probably the owner.. charging random prices as she feels like. Basically, highway robbery.

Maybe used to be good at one point, now.. it’s on its way out of business.

Lady at front just kept making excuses reciting out of a script in her mind as to why prices went up. Swearing that it’ll be worth it because they’re amazing..

Ate 2 out of 3 because starving and had to start work. Third one, will likely go in to garbage. Currently feeling dizzy after eating.. maybe should’ve just ate bread and butter and called it a day.

Sad. Plenty of options for tacos in Copiague, amityville area. Try someone...
