I can't say enough about the incredible experience we had at the Verizon store in Copiague, thanks to Mona! From the moment we walked through the door, Mona greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and immediately made us feel welcomed. Her professionalism, kindness, and depth of knowledge were apparent right away.

Mona was incredibly helpful and patient, taking the time to answer every question we had thoroughly and clearly. She truly listened to our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were getting the best possible deal on a new phone—without breaking the bank. Her honesty and care made the whole process not just stress-free, but actually enjoyable.

What really impressed us was how efficient the entire visit was. In less than 40 minutes, we walked out with a brand-new phone that was fully backed up, set up, and ready to use. No confusion, no pressure—just great service from start to finish.

I must say I have been in MANY wireless stores. I have been with many different wireless carriers as well. I have never had customer service like I have had from the people at TCC Verizon. All the people who work in this store are very helpful, patient, knowledgeable, and most of all willing to work with you when there is a problem. If you call them because there is an issue they will have you come in and take care of it for you instead of telling you how to do it or tell you to call someone else. The owner is very accessible, which is rare, and returns your calls promptly. He even gave me his personal cell phone number so I could reach when I needed to. The people who work in this store are not out to make the big sale, or the quick sale, they are looking to make long time customers. Dean actually talked my wife and I out of a move over to a different manufacturer than we currently had, because it wouldn't have been fiscally smart for us to make the move. I can only think that if someone had a problem with this establishment that they were not willing to work with them. I will stay with TCC Verizon as long as they are in business, and I tell all my friends and family to use...

I highly recommend going to see Zoe at the Copiague , NY location. He was kind, professional, knowledgable and made sure our transaction was processed quickly and correctly after us enduring a 2 hr unnecessary long nightmare with the Massapequa location prior . We ended up leaving the Massapequa store with nothing , losing the phone we originally ended up going for because they took too much time trying to sell us things we were not there for and our phone was already sold Thank god we finally left , unfortunately empty handed, no help for our situation and then in the end , we headed to the Copiague location .

Zoe immediately stepped in was able to complete our order quickly and so easily . He even went as far as staying a bit later than he needed as the store was getting ready to close just to make sure we were set up and ready to go.
