Well, Im glad you asked. We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with you on a project. Wood mateirals for a high-end project that was only getting a clear coat finish. We purchased extra knowing we would have to sort through it to get matching grains. However we were short and needed more material but it had to match what was already installed. I call and explain all of this before driving there. I get to the shop and all of a sudden its "you get what we give you and an appointment is needed to look at the materials" like omg excuse you? Is this real? But unfortunately it wasnt a joke. So I agree, I already came all the way out, the person on the phone knew the situation and never mentioned needing an appointment. So I take the ticket and drive around back and then some kid tries to give me something that wasn't part of my order and I said this isn't for me, and he goes well youre driving the color of a truck that matches my ticket. I said you have the wrong truck then. Which he said ok but told me to park closer to the building so as to not confuse anyone. And he pointed to a section that was fully loaded with trucks, and if I went there I would certainly block someone. I explained that and he said "idc just park anywhere over there, so we're not confused"... what a nightmare. I did get what I came for but its just not worth...

Hi Everyone I would like to share with Everyone my families History with Roberts Plywood and their entire team from office to delivery. My local tool guy @ Dynamic tools turned me on to Roberts. Thank god he did. Fantastic selection. Not a contractor, just a DYI er , and they treat you great. Warehouse guys to the front desk, always helpful and friendly. The ONLY things for me, not open on Saturday’s. Which does suck. Gotta get there during the week. But everyone needs days off, so I get it. Second issue and maybe this is out there, but I dont know where. Pricing. I hate bothering them when I need to check on how much a board foot is or a sheet of ply. Outside of that,...
