Amira was absolutely above and beyond amazing at helping me find what I needed and knew exactly what and where it was and knew what the benefits of the the crystal was and she has amazing customer service skills and actually cares about the people that walk into the store and takes the time to recommend things and ask the right questions in the right way. She is very just knowledgeable, sweet and has a very good vibe to her and I'm very thankful and grateful that I was able to have that experience with her because I haven't been to this store in probably around 7 months, but I'm very glad I did ! She knew where to locate what I needed exactly with no hesitation whatsoever. I couldn't say 1 negative thing about my experience this evening or previous experiences in this store even if I wanted to. I felt comfortable enough around her to open up a little bit about my personal life and she was so sweet and genuine and it's very hard to find let alone employees put people like her in general these days in my opinion. I will continue to come back more often! 10 PLUS stars from me to you! Thank you for helping me and guide me in the right direction and making me feel comfortable in a public environment! Visited the Roosevelt Field location last week and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful shop.

As you enter, all are free to take an affirmation (mine was very timely ;). The store is lusciously decorated with vines, large and small crystals, and lights that make you feel much better than those in the rest of the mall. There are gorgeous jewelry cases with crystal and silver items, a good selection of small stones, lovely curated teas, candles, sprays, and even a few books + divination decks/items. The incense selection is also well varied from trusted brands. Honestly, some of the incense was a bit higher priced than I usually purchase; but this is a small business doing its best to raise the vibe and its good to support that. I’m used to buy in bulk incense prices for myself and my clients as a spiritual reader, healer, and teacher anyway, so that’s no big thing. Worth it for those trying out new scents/intentions etc.

Amira was so lovely and helpful, really enjoyed my conversation with her. The sheet of information that came with the crystal I purchased was accurate, well written, and would be helpful to anyone intuitively choosing stones or getting to know them better.

Lovely looking store but very overpriced products. Crystals a mediocre to low quality and are disproportionately priced. The staff is not very welcoming unless you are someone they know or like. Too many questions without a purchase and you will get an attitude. Also, This store is highly offensive to the pagan religion as the store name is a highly worshiped Goddess Freya and no one who works their even understands or follows any pagan beliefs or knowledge about the rest of the pagan religion. To use a Goddess name for something and yet have not a single drop of their presence is gross and highly offensive. I visited the garden city location and the Huntington location and I am a practicing pagan and I was extremely insulted at how they use a Goddess name yet know nothing about her and the prices of their tea's crystals canals incense books oils and sprays are so highly overpriced. I hope whoever reads this goes...
