I understand the challenges of being a victim of your own success, however yesterday at dinner this place made sure my 95 year old mother and I were made the victim. yes, the parking was complicated by BOTH Handicapped spots being used by patrons who did not display the required permit. The line once inside while quite long moved acceptably. Paying close attention to the ordering process, I told the clerk quite clearly, dine in, 4 piece roasted, chose my sides, beverages and paid. While it was at least 20 minutes for the food to arrive, it was not what I ordered and told the employee...... "We ordered roasted, Not fried". His Glib response was, "we do not sell roasted chicken". I pointed to the giant sign over the register promoting roasted chicken. Already walking away, he bothered to say something about " machine broken". So what we have here is a location where THEY decide what your going to eat,,,, not YOU! I think that a much better management decision would have been to NOT invest in a forty foot chicken for the roof, and instead actually be ready to open and actually offer menu items as advertised. I went in yesterday and I had to wait over 15 minutes just for a six piece chicken nugget meal and every time I tried to ask one of the employees where my order was, they told me one minute and was lying to me. I know that they just open and that things may be stressful, but no one should have to wait that amount of time for such a small order to be fulfilled. Many orders came out before mine that included many pieces of chickens and size for families, but I couldn’t just get my order. I was late getting back to work and I had to face consequences for coming back late during my lunch. I hope this gets resolved soon. ALSO, THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY NUGGETS....

They just opened so the wait was pretty long. It was good. Chicken was flavorful and juicy, i appreciate the coating was not too thick or like extra fried....but the flavor was there. My favorite was the thigh. Shoe string fries were good,nice seasoning (not just salt). The yuca fries were fine. Not the best but not the worst. The beans were the worst part...just plain and basic. They didn't have chicken nuggets which is what I wanted BUT they gave me 3 pieces of chicken instead and 2 $5 off coupons. I felt that was a reasonable compensation. All in all,...
