J & W Southwind Deli — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

After going in to this deli today, I will not be returning.

I walked in to a near empty deli (4 central air workers waiting for their order in the back.) My order was taken within a minute of me walking in. I arrived at 8:02 order taken by 8:03. Multiple people came in after me who received their order before mine. After waiting for 17 minutes (8:20) I was now late for work and I asked the worker how long it would be. She told me "maybe 20 more minutes, not soon" I told them to cancel my order and left. I ordered one sandwich, which would have taken any other deli 5-10 minutes max. Instead of informing me that the order would take a while (turkey egg and cheese on whole wheat bread) they just took every other customer instead. And no sincerity was offered at all when they noticed I was frustrated the only thing they did do was avoid telling me how long the wait would be. I walked out at 8:30 I waited 27 minutes for one sandwich that I never received and was told would take at least 45 minutes after already waiting a while. 10/10 do not recommend if you need a...

Great service and great food complimented with a smile. The breakfast was made super quick and delicious. Everything from what was in the sandwich, the temperature, the quantity of products,the size of it and even how it was wrapped with care. All of that combined is an A+. Excellent!
