Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Town of Babylon

I've tried multiple attempts with this location since their opening and I officially give up. They consistently get orders wrong but my biggest issue is the woman with glasses and her bad attitude.

She got upset with me once because she could not locate my app order because I placed while there (for app only special) and then upon finding it and telling me to come to window; she quickly hustled me off to wait in front of the restaurant.

Today, I asked for sauce for my app order when picking it up and she gives me attitude because the app defaults to a sauce that I was unaware. I actually apologized as I did not know but she was rude about it and upset because she already packed it.

I took the time to go inside and mentioned to the general manager, the consistent bad attitude and he was not trying to hear me and goes on to lecture me about sauce selections in the app. We are talking about SAUCE here!?!?!

At this point, I will not return as the incompetence to understand quality customer service does not exist from the top down and the food is not never consistent either. With 4 locations within 10 minutes; there is no reason to give them the business if they cannot respect...

Absolutely disgusting. First, I ordered online. When I arrived at the store, 20 minutes after placing the order, it had not even been started. Then I had to wait another 20 minutes to get the order. When I got home ro eat it, the chicken was burnt and dried out. The wings were totally obliterated; nothing but some hard dried out skin. There was no way to even tell tgey were wings. The skin on the breast came off in one dried, thick piece. It was like a piece of paper machete, only worse. I was died out and so bad it almost disintegrated in my mouth. I generally love Popeyes Chicken. Not this time. Well, even if the West Babylon store offered to "pay me" to eat their chicken I wouldn't do it. That was a waste of $25 dollars. That was the first and last time I will ever eat from that store. I would drink a gallon of baby formula before I would go near that store again. A pathetic excuse for a restaurant....

First time I have to write a bad review about Popeyes!! The manager can understand English that well and we can’t understand his English need to repeat the order over and over on the Mic!! We told we want the deal on the app and his like no we can’t have it!?!? Ok np. We order over $70 worth’s of food !!! Got back to the shop and the food was cops chicken been sitting under lambs for Long time all dried out like chicken jerky not juicy like normal and the 12 piece honey barbecue wings have a lot of breading on top of being cold!!! Biscuits were cold and hard as rocks!!! Coleslaw was not white. It was yellowish brown, like it said for a few days. Macaroni cheese had a hard crust a half an inch thick. Also like sit in the heater for a few days. The french fries were not crispy at all or soggy. Also feel like sitting in the heat lamp !!! We where there around 2 hours before they where closing so stuff should be...
