Scumbag sales tactics. Upgraded my phone, was told the credit would apply the following month towards the new phone - customer service confirmed it doesn't take place for 3 months. They added phone protection and a next-up option to my plan which I specifically told them I did not want. I also tried to buy an apple watch from them and was never told that I'd need a cellular plan and a payment plan in order to get the "buy one, get one" deal. The only way I even caught it was when I watched her assign a number to the watch I was about to purchase and I stopped her. Otherwise she would have never told me and I'd just get charged.
