KFC..When your manager who wouldn’t give a name is griping how everyone comes in all at once and you have already been 30 minutes + waiting for 2 small meals you have a problem. You would not refund me and let me go on my way. Instead of pulling your screen around to show me how much work you have maybe you should focus on how to run a team efficiently. My 1st clue should have been the guy upset in front of me that complained about how long it took. My 2nd clue should have been the guy waiting in line that walked out. You couldn’t even give me proper contact info for a supervisor so that I could convey my concerns and ask for a refund. NOBODY was demanding a 10 minute meal or less. 30+ minutes for 2 pieces of chicken 2 biscuits and mashed potatoes is absolutely unacceptable and reasonable to ask for a refund and be given the contact info to a supervisor. You should be happy to be busy and prosperous instead of miserable and unpleasant. To the guy at the cash register I respect your understanding and appreciate your handling of the situation and sincerely apologize for my behavior. I did not expect for a manager to be so unprofessional. You have more respect and manager skills than your manager. Approach is everything and your manager has no ability to manage. UPDATE: being they just opened and probably need more training i gave them a third chance and this time i placed my order waited ten minutes only to be told they have no original recipe and was given no option to even wait. Instead i was told to choose something else. Ended up with tenders that tasted about three hours old and was never even offered sauce. Oh and as an FYI you guys are using the wrong containers for sides with 8 piece buckets. I regularly eat at three other kfc's and the buckets get the black bowls for sides not those tiny little bowls with three tablespoons of potatoes and a little gravy on them. You been open less than a month and already have a reputation of messed up orders shorted orders and poor service. I will travel to corning from now on and will pass the experiences i have had on to others. Oh and on a side note employees should be provided a space to breastfeed thier babies. I fully support mothers feeding thier babies naturally and actually respect them for it but i would prefer not to see that while i am eating. Its natural yes and should be supported but it makes one uncomfortable when they feel they should avert thier eyes so it don't seem like they are staring. There was a heavy set lady at the window after I told her I ain’t pulling over she just started at me all confused we sat there a good 5 min waiting for the biscuits to get done and man let me tell ya she was mad at me!!! I’m the customer and I should be served with the most respect well sometimes she open the window threw the food at my husband he was polite as can be even said thank you can’t but excuse me ma’am there is absolutely no need to throw my food!!! She definitely had a little attitude as we are pulling out my husband is on the phone with the manager!!!
