Not much to say about this plaza. It use to be a great place to shop, with a wide variety of stores. The pot hole filled parking lots will be enough to stop anyone with a vehicle they care about. Much like liberty street, businesses are pulling out and nothing is replacing them. A lot of bath has become welfare or slum like places. The whole town feels disgusting and with DSS and the jail, most of the town has an unsafe...
