Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Town of Bath

Great customer service back 9 months ago. I was just recently there on Saturday 29th about 7:45pm. I asked the cashier if she was the only one working today. She replied no her manager Doug was in the back. I asked her if she can call him front because my wife and I need assistance on some Items. The cashier didnt have a clue of anything I was looking for so she paged him. He never came out to help, Doug called her and asked what was needed. I could not believe this. It's like WOW. This is a manager that could not even come up front to help a customer. I'm sorry to say this but I went from a 5 star to 1 star. The store got 1 star is because the cashier was polite. The manager Doug is something else. Your store list out on some serious cash. Not credit but cash. Doug, you need to come up front when paged to do so. I have never had that treatment before in my life. Thanks for NOT letting me complete my project on time. Your by far a really terrible manager that I've seen in a very long time. I went to have my rv filled with propane. The worker said he could not fill the propane unless he could turn off the pilot light. He insisted that if I have ANY appliance that burns propane, then I have a pilot. Each has an electric start, NOT pilots. I explained this over and over along with telling him that I turned off the house batteries and closed the propane valve. He even read the "pilot" section on the hot water heater, which indicated to turn off the house batteries. 🫤. He still wouldn't fill the propane saying we all " would die." I finally stopped trying to reason with him and went to the Danville Tractor Supply, where I had NO issues getting propane. This is the only TSC that wouldn't fill propane...

Who ever designed the Bath Tractor Supply in NY must not have ever been in the store. The store is too small for the new design. The customer service desk could have been back another 12 ft. from the door. Self check out is so close to the carts that people have a hard time maneuvering the carts without bumping into the checkout counter and customer service everyone is on top of each other.
